you twist some metal (just thin metal wire bought in a roll, (making sure you have 'loops' where the liquid can catch on to, then dip the shape into the 'fantasy film' which is the texture of syrup and comes in lots of diferent colours, then stab the end of the shape into some polystyrene and leave to dry for about 10 mins and voila!
